What we do with the E-waste
First and foremost, we prioritise privacy and security by completely removing all data from every device we collect, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality for our community members.
Once the data has been securely removed, each device is thoroughly cleaned inside and out before undergoing a rigorous testing process to assess its condition, performance, and serviceability.
After testing, we install a fresh operating system to prepare each device for its next chapter. We then work closely with local charities and not-for-profit organisations to understand their current needs and match devices where they can have the greatest impact.
By giving these devices a second life, we help support access to technology for those who need it most while reducing electronic waste and strengthening our local community.
